At Bayer, we believe it essential to reach out to young people. In September 2014, we launched our first Trainee Program, since when we have welcomed more than 30 young people from various educational institutions.
This initiative has enabled us to develop many learning opportunities, both for the trainees and for the company itself. Trainees have the opportunity to gain experience and enhance their resume, bridging the gap between student life and the working world. For Bayer, every trainee program boosts contact with young people, who bring significant contributions and new ideas to the company.
From 2018, the Trainee Program has been given a new name and a new image – #takeoff@Bayer.We take recent graduates and masters students into Bayer’s main areas of operation in Portugal for a period of 12 months.
We are looking for young innovators who are proactive and curious, who understand our philosophy and who want to gain their first experience in the working world.
